Ah ok ! .... Actually "Montaclier" is the name of the castle ! The town is "gimeaux" ? Am I right ? ... Parceque je cherchais "Montaclier" sur mappy pour avoir une idée, et j'ai rien trouvé ! ... BTW, as usual, it's beautiful ! And it's true that your french serie is really different, but it's really nice too ! :)
